Father General visits Loyola High School in Montreal

May 29, 2018 — The Superior General of the Jesuits, the Very Reverend Father Arturo Sosa, is visiting Canada this May and made a special trip to Loyola on May 24th. During his visit, he met with students in Campus Ministry for a friendly Q&A session. He also spoke to members of the Loyola community about the importance of Jesuit Education (see video below). We were most grateful for Father General's visit and the insights he shared with us.

August 8, 2019 — The triennial Colloquium 2019: Building Communities of Justice and Hope Jesuit schools conference was an amazing experience for the team of ten Loyola High School staff members who attended this year.

August 8, 2019 — On July 31st, the Jesuits of Canada celebrated with two special masses the feast of St. Ignatius of Loyola, founder of the Society of Jesus. At the same time, this date marked the first year of the newly formed Canadian province. Jesuits, colleagues and friends came from all over.
